Bullying or Bugging?

Bullying is unwanted, aggressive behavior that involves real or perceived power imbalance. The behavior is repeated, or has the potential to be repeated, over time. Bugging occurs when something is annoying. Examples of Bugging: A person makes noises that get on your nerves. A person bumps into you to by accident. A person only wants to play their games. A person does not share. A person says/likes/does annoying stuff. Ask your child about what they are doing to SWIM FREE and to not take the hook.
